A 40-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Jimmy Caldwell was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $700 plus costs and lose his driver license for three years for second-offense DUI and third-offense driving on a revoked license.• Samantha Davenport was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $900 plus costs and lose her driver license for two years for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and second-offense DUI.• Kristi Feick was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and attend DUI class for DUI.• Ricardo Almaguer was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a revoked license.• Sarah Simmons was given a six-month probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.• Liza Herriman was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.• Carol Neu, Keiffer Bain, Lindsey Trusty, Maria Vasquez, Miguel Zapata, Tyler Brock, Jennifer Hartsfield, Johnny May, Frederick Piaza, Kenneth Melendez, Tiffany Mullican, Brandon Burke and Wilma Caswell must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
