A 47-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Matthew Cantrell was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $50 plus costs for third-offense driving on a suspended license and violation of probation.• Juan Hernandez was instructed to serve 47 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $650 plus costs and lose his driver license for three years for second-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license.• Brandon Martin was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Seth Jones was instructed to serve five days of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Samuel Hale was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Amber Ivy was given a six-month sentence but released on time served and must pay $50 plus costs and lose her driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Brent Boyd was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $250 plus costs and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license.• Francisco Beltran must pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication.• Joshua Ledbetter must pay $10 plus costs for hit and run.• Derick Bond, Hope Sims, Brandon Sample, Patricia Richardson, Uliaesa Rangel, Mary Odom, Fernando Gomez, Katoris Burnette, Amanda Griffith and Dennis Coonrod were fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
