A 40-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Thomas Cope was bound to the grand jury on charges of reckless endangerment, vehicular assault and DUI.• Miles Cantrell was instructed to serve 12 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs, perform 15 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for third-offense driving on a suspended license.• Thurman Crisp was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a suspended license.• James Bryan, Michael Mosca and James Elrod were ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI school, perform 24 hours public service work and lose their driver licenses for one year for DUI.• Bryan Jones was bound to the grand jury on charge of second-offense DUI.• Edward Ladet was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and must forfeit his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Raymond Aldridge was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.• Terry Priest was bound to the grand jury on the charge of falsifying a title.• Ricky Welch must pay $10 plus costs for criminal trespass.• Regen Black, Darryl Godwin, Connie Randolph and Cary Jones must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
