A 55-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Pedro Martinez was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $650 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and second-offense driving on a revoked license.• John Lillard was directed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for fifth-offense driving on a suspended license.• Ricky Martin was directed to serve 40 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense driving on a suspended license and violation of probation.• Herman Williams was bound to the grand jury on the charge of third-offense driving on a revoked license.• James Whitman was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs and perform 15 hours public service work for possession of drug paraphernalia.• Chellsie Jones was instructed to serve four days of a six-month sentence and pay $160 plus costs for second-offense driving on a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia.• Elizabeth Riley was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.• Samantha White was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose her driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• James Madewell was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI school, make restitution and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.• Thomas Legear was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.• Juan Garcia was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Ricardo Duenas was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must make restitution and perform 32 hours public service work for leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a license.• Tiffany Hopkins, Antonio Hernandez, Brian Martin, Jessica Weismore and Ignacio Juarez must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
