A 55-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:
• Pedro Martinez was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $650 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and second-offense driving on a revoked license.
• John Lillard was directed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for fifth-offense driving on a suspended license.
• Ricky Martin was directed to serve 40 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense driving on a suspended license and violation of probation.
• Herman Williams was bound to the grand jury on the charge of third-offense driving on a revoked license.
• James Whitman was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs and perform 15 hours public service work for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Chellsie Jones was instructed to serve four days of a six-month sentence and pay $160 plus costs for second-offense driving on a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Elizabeth Riley was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.
• Samantha White was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose her driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.
• James Madewell was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI school, make restitution and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.
• Thomas Legear was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.
• Juan Garcia was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.
• Ricardo Duenas was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must make restitution and perform 32 hours public service work for leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a license.
• Tiffany Hopkins, Antonio Hernandez, Brian Martin, Jessica Weismore and Ignacio Juarez must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
