A 35-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Mark Cope was bound to the grand jury on charges of evading arrest, reckless endangerment and driving on a revoked license.• Willard Fults was bound to the grand jury on charges of third-offense driving on a suspended license. He must serve 10 days for failure to appear in court.• Abigail Estrada was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $650 plus costs and must forfeit her driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license.• Christopher Hillis was bound to the grand jury on charges of fourth-offense driving on a revoked license, violation of habitual traffic offender status and leaving the scene of an accident.• Chelsea Jennings was instructed to serve 14 days of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license, failure to appear in court, and violation of probation.• Charles Barnes and Daniel Bruce were directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose their driver licenses for one year for DUI.• Christopher McCormick was bound to the grand jury on the charge of DUI.• Alton Christian was directed to serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.• Travis Hawkins must serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Esmerelda Contreras, Matthew Gilles, Rodolfo Estrada, Pablo Rosales, Timothy Saylors and Fermin Terrazas must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
