Sentences were handed down in Traffic Court by Judge Bill Locke. Included court action:Alicia Renee McKenzie was instructed to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $600 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and third offense driving on a revoked license.Shawn Renee Gibson was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting and criminal trespass.Donnie Bruce Jaco was given an 11-29 sentence and released on time served and must stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.Christopher Daniel Gibbs was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft, third offense DUI and driving on a revoked license.Angela M. Cassaday was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.Noah Couch was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.Alton Claude Christian was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.Dennis Coonrod was bound to the grand jury on driving on a suspended license.Jose Martin Hernandez Vallejo, Morgan M. Templeton, Renee Denise Schmidt and Angela Dawn Klein must serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.David Speake must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation. He was also given a 10-day sentence and must attend DUI class, lose his driver license for one year, perform 24 hours public service work and pay $350 plus costs for DUI.
