Sentences were handed down by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court for violations ranging from DUI to driving without a license. Included in Traffic Court action:Sonny Gene Smith was ordered to serve 20 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $400 plus costs, attend DUI class, perform 24 hours public service work, and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and driving on a suspended license.Jeffery L. Anest, Paul H. Wilson III, Robert James Murphy and Patricia A. Chavez were instructed to serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose their driver licenses for one year for DUI.Dariel H. Garcia was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.Charles Thompson was directed to serve five days and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.Barry Barton was ordered to serve 10 days and pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.Mario Jimenez Jose must serve five days and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.Mario Jose was directed to serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.Moises Nolasco Aquino, Joshua Tipton, Cheryl Walker, Cody Austin Martinez, Brian Ludwikowski, Kevin Kleinsmith, Colby Duggin, Caser Parada Rodriguez, Eric Ricardo Flores, Maria Del Carmen Gonzalez, Manuel Lopez Guzman and Emmauel Tadeo Cardenas must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license. Mack Thomas must serve five days for violation of probation.
