An 86-person docket was heard by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• William Bradley was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $600 plus costs, and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense DUI and fourth-offense driving on a suspended license.• Jeremiah Clabo was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI.• Greg Chrestman, Cheri Thomas, Jose Reyes and Ricky Powers were instructed to serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.• Joseph Myers must pay $250 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, and lose his driver license for one year for underage DWI.• Bryson Martin was bound to the grand jury on the charge of evading arrest.• Toby Meeks was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense DUI.• Robert Woolsey was indicted on the charge of evading arrest.• Roberto Lopez must serve 48 hours for driving on an expired license.• Mario Garcia, Vicky Flores, Joshua Cagle, Melissa Argo, Ladarius Locke and Amber Anderson must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.The remainder of the cases on the docket were either reset for a later date, dismissed, or were minor moving offenses settled by fine or safety school.
