Three men will each serve 30 days in jail for three separate domestic assaults.The men, Toby Crawford, 34, Jay Holmes, 52, and Billy Kyle Hickey, 43, all entered guilty pleas before General Sessions Judge Bill Locke to charges of domestic assault for their separate incidents. All three men were ordered to serve 30 days of 11-month, 29-day sentences and must attend the battered intervention program.In the case of Holmes, his time comes for attacking his ex-wife. The victim said Holmes came home after spending a couple of hours out getting something to eat.
