Caney Fork Electric employees worked around the clock Monday night and into Tuesday morning trying to restore electricity to thousands of customers.“We have 80 employees and not a single one of them went home last night,” said Caney Fork general manager Bill Rogers on Tuesday morning. “It’s hard to say how many people have been without power at one time, but I’ll say it’s been as many as 8,000 to 9,000 systemwide at its peak. As soon as we get one line on, another line will go out.
