A third person has been charged with homicide in connection to a deadly shooting at a local motorcycle club June 1.

John William Cherry, 65, of Murfreesboro was arrested Friday for criminal homicide and booked at Warren County Jail.

Cherry is charged for the shooting death of Dennis Carter at Rebels Motorcycle Club at 833 Pike Hill Road. Also charged with criminal homicide for Cater's death are Timothy Wayne Baer of Murfreesboro and Kate Prichard of Franklin. All three remain held in jail.

Investigators aren't saying which person they believe fired the shot or shots which killed Carter during a physical altercation inside the club. It has not been revealed if more than one person may have fired a weapon.

Carter was a military veteran who is survived by two children.
