KINGSPORT, Tenn. (AP) — A 63-year-old Kingsport man has died after being hospitalized following a fight with teenage neighbors that was recorded on video earlier this month.

The Kingsport Times-News (http://bit.ly/1ROyALe ) reports that Marion Guy died Monday, 17 days after the altercation near his home with two 18 year olds. No charges have been filed, but Kingsport police are still investigating the incident.

Carolyn Pauley, a friend of Guy's, says the young men got into an argument with Guy and then started attacking him, causing him to suffer brain damage. She says there were ongoing issues about a shared driveway.

The teenagers told officers that Guy came onto their property and started the fight. A video of the incident recorded by one of the young men has been given to investigators.
