MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — Two officers in Tennessee have been relieved of duty during an investigation into the handling of police dogs. Memphis Police Department spokesman Louis Brownlee said Friday that the suspended officers are Lt. Robert Covington and Officer Carl Craig of the K-9 unit. Brownlee provided no further details, citing the ongoing investigation.
