Stanley issues Circuit Court sentences

Sentences were handed down recently by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley against several who failed to take advantage of their second chances at freedom.Included in probation violators:• Bradley Brooks must serve 120 days and had his probation extended by two years for violating his probation on his prior conviction on the charge of forgery.• Billy Carter II must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation on his prior convictions on domestic assault and driving on a suspended license.• Christy M. Caldwell must serve 120 days for violating her probation on her former convictions on the charge of initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Ricky Lee Northcutt must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation on his prior convictions on charges of possession of drugs.• Lori Redmon must serve 90 days for violating her probation on her prior conviction on the charge of initiating the process to manufacture meth.• George Roach must serve 30 days for violating his probation on his prior conviction on the charge of aggravated statutory rape.• Jeremy Spakes must serve 30 days for violating his probation on his prior conviction on the charge of second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Michelle Dana Bullard must serve 100 days for violating her probation on her prior conviction on the charge of theft over $1,000.
