Stanley hands down circuit court sentences

Sentences have been handed down by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley on charges ranging from perjury to failure to appear in court. Included in court action:• Jimmy Dale Nolan was ordered to serve 120 days of a three-year sentence, perform 64 hours public service work, and pay $3,000 plus costs for fourth-offense DUI and driving on a suspended license.• Robert A. Woodside was ordered to serve 180 days of a two-year sentence for evading arrest and violation of the habitual traffic offender status.• Angela Faye Dennis Martin was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $500 plus costs for perjury.• Robert Glenn Judkins was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and perform 16 hours public service work for assault and violating an order of protection.• Jason Louis Lundgren was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and perform 16 hours public service work for domestic assault.• Anissa R. Degroat was instructed to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 32 hours public service work, pay $450 plus costs and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI and driving on a revoked license.• Joshua Keith Ledbetter must serve 10 days for failure to appear in court.• Heather Starr Trapp must serve 10 days for failure to appear in court.• Brandi McCormick was placed back on probation after serving six days for violation of probation.
