Drunk drivers accounted for the lion’s share of cases in an abbreviated pre-Christmas Traffic Court docket heard Thursday by Special Judge Hilton Conger.Included in court action:• Jose Romero was directed to serve 47 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $1,731, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI school and forfeit his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and driving on a revoked driver license.• Stephen Wade was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $1,631, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI school and forfeit his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and driving on a suspended license.• Leonardo Sanchez was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $618 for evading arrest and public intoxication.• Antonio Garcia was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,281, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI school and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.• Jesse Fitts was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,381, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI school and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and driving on a revoked license.• German Guox was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,261, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI school and lose his license for one year for DUI and driving without a license.• Aaron Garner was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,109, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI school and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.• Rachel Aldridge and William C. Johnson must pay $152 for driving without a license.• Marlin Pinkard must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
