The Tennessee Beef Industry Council has named Michael Simpson of McMinnville to its board of directors.Simpson manages the day-to-day operations of his family’s Warren County Livestock sales barn in McMinnville. He also is a cow-calf producer and runs a stocker cattle business. He and his wife Stacey are raising their four children who are all under the age of 9.
