Two men did not flee far enough after snatching electronics from Walmart.The suspects, Billy E. Carter II and Justin Nathaniel Sparkman, have been charged with shoplifting for the thefts from the local retailer. Carter has waived his right to a preliminary hearing and has been bound to the grand jury on the charge. Sparkman will face hearing before General Sessions Judge Bill Locke later this month.The charges come after a customer alerted store security they had seen two men stealing cameras.
