Lawmen are treating the discovery of a body in the Collins River on Sunday afternoon as a homicide“There wasn’t an identification on the man and he had likely been partly in the water for a few days so that’s made identification harder,” said Sheriff Jackie Matheny of the ongoing investigation. “For right now we’re treating this as a homicide while we wait for autopsy results.”The man has been identified as Tracy A. Martin, 38. He had just moved back to Warren County a few weeks ago after living outside the county for a while. The positive identification was made Monday afternoon as investigators continued trying to find out how Martin ended up in the somewhat isolated area of the Collins River.
