Seven violate probation

Seven people failed to take advantage of their second chances and were sentenced by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley for violation of probation. Included in probation violators:• Mackie Chandler was instructed to serve the balance of his two-year sentence for violating probation for his prior conviction of theft.• Stacy Franklin must serve 100 days and have probation extended by two years for violating probation on the prior conviction of felony theft.• David Kyle King must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation on his prior conviction of felony theft.• Ray Underwood was instructed to serve 180 days for violating his probation on his prior conviction on the charge of initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Scott Wilson must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation on his prior convictions of promoting the manufacture of meth, introduction of drugs into the jail, initiating the process to manufacture meth, and possession of drugs.• Angela Womack had her probation violated and must serve the balance of her sentence on her prior convictions of theft, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.• Marcus Boren must serve 60 days for violating his probation on his prior convictions of burglary, theft, possession of drugs, and passing a worthless check.
