September is designated as Senior Citizens Month. To celebrate, the Warren County Senior Center is holding an “All Day Western Celebration” that’s open to the public Sept. 20. “We hope everyone comes out and enjoys themselves,” said Senior Center fundraising chairman Jean Smith.
