Sentences handed down in sessions court

A 24-person docket was heard by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action: Robert Ratte was ordered to serve 40 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for resisting arrest and making 911 calls in a non-emergency situation. He has been warned not to make any more non-emergency calls.
