The three construction projects at Bobby Ray, Irving College and Warren County High School are back on schedule.“We’ve had a very good window of construction opportunity up until the last week,” said Upland Design Group architect Derrick Clemow. "Most of the projects were a little behind and they got back on track.”A project update by Clemow was given Monday to county Education Committee members Diane Starkey, chair, Terry Bell, Morris Bond, Carlene Brown and Scott Rubley.Work is progressing within the existing gym at Bobby Ray School, says Clemow.“At Bobby Ray, the old gymnasium has had new lighting and ceiling installation, as well as a lot of railing installation. It has really changed the look of the whole place.
