A local resident wants others to be aware of a scam that targeted her last week via her cellphone.“A man called me on my cellphone and wanted to know if I’d had my number for at least three years,” said local resident Judy Cook. “When I told him that I had, he said I had won thousands of dollars. All I had to do was agree to accept the money.”Cook said she was immediately suspicious.
