A 59-person docket was heard Tuesday by General Sessions Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:• Eloy A. Serna was ordered to serve 30 days and pay $280 plus costs for possession of drugs, failure to appear in court, speeding, and driving without a license or insurance. He must also serve the balance of his former sentence for violation of probation.• Amber Keenan was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, perform 16 hours public service work, attend anger management, and must have no further contact with the victim for domestic assault.• Anthony Petrina was bound to the grand jury on the charge of domestic assault.• Sonya Pendergraph was bound to the grand jury on charges of assault, burglary and theft.• Gwendonline Jones was issued an 11-29 judicial diversion and must make restitution for theft.• Charles L. Dennis Jr., was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.• Royce R. Marsh was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft over $1,000.• Norman Sprague was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.
