Warren County Animal Control is still frolicking with good news. Adoptions are on the rise, euthanizations are low, and pet owners are heeding the facility’s new warning signs.“Adoptions were low, but they are going back up just in time for puppy and kitten season,” said Animal Control officer Tammy Webb.In the last month, the facility has taken in 15 dogs, eight puppies, and three cats. Adopted were 10 dogs, two puppies and one cat.
