Motorists are being encouraged to heed a change at the intersection of Morford Street and North Chancery Street – no more right on red from Morford onto Chancery. “To my knowledge this is the only intersection in town where you cannot turn right on red,” said McMinnville police officer Bill Davis. “We want people to be aware the change was made.
