A man convicted of inappropriately touching a teen girl will serve 90 more days behind bars after exposing himself to a waitress at Sonic.The registered sex offender, Scott A. Lehman, 27, was given 90 days in jail by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley after he was found in violation of his probation on his prior conviction for sexual battery by an authority figure.The violation of his probation came for an incident which happened at the Sonic in Summertown. According to his violation of probation warrant, Lehman was a customer at the Sonic there and, after placing his order, exposed himself to the waitress who delivered his food. He later admitted to the crime when questioned by police.The incident violated his probation here.
