Several defendants who failed their second chances were sentenced recently by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley. Included in probation violators: James Paul Bailey was directed to serve 180 days for violation of probation. Jennifer Nicole Bouldin was ordered to serve 360 days before being placed on community corrections intensive probation program for violation of probation.
