The good news for the Standard is Sunday papers are selling like never before. The bad news is people are stealing dozens of newspapers from racks, while others are rifling through racks and removing coupons from every paper inside.“Some people don’t think of stealing newspapers as a crime,” said circulation director Bill Cathcart.
