Emergency responders tend to Shawn E. Bell, 32, after his pickup rolled several times and came to rest on its side blocking both lanes of traffic Thursday on Short Mountain Road. Bell was transported to River Park for treatment of leg injuries. The accident happened around 6:45 p.m. near Patterson Road.
