McMinnville officials have pushed back the start time of the city’s Christmas Parade and related activities. The parade will be held this Saturday, Dec. 7, at 4 p.m. The prior start time was 2:30 p.m.“I had a request and I can’t deny that request,” said McMinnville Public Works director Bill Brock. “We are pushing back the parade.”The request was for the city’s celebration not to take place at the same time as a funeral for one of the teens involved in Sunday’s fatal crash that killed four Warren County High School students.Lineup for the parade will begin at 1 p.m. at McMinnville Civic Center.
