ERIE, Pa. (AP) — The mother of a 14-month-old baby is charged with homicide after the girl's emaciated body was found stuffed into a suitcase left stacked with garbage on a northwestern Pennsylvania street. Erie police say 20-year-old Tania Coleman admitted the child was hers as officers canvassed the neighborhood following Tuesday's gruesome discovery. Authorities believe "nutritional neglect" led to the baby's death.
