McMinnville officials have arranged a special called meeting to discuss Park Theatre renovation bids. The meeting will be held this Monday, Sept. 16, at 6:30 p.m.The joint Finance Committee and Building and Grounds Committee meeting will include Aldermen Ken Smith, Mike Neal, Ben Newman, and Jimmy Bonner.“We have a lot of work to do in September so we can kick the project off on Oct. 1,” said Smith, Finance Committee chairman. “We have got to get going.”Under consideration will be bids submitted in July.
