A woman has entered a no-contest plea to charges she ripped off her boss and embezzled thousands of dollars in her role as office manager.The woman, Jane Ann Cox Travis, entered a no-contest plea to the charge of theft under $1,000 and was placed on probation for two years. She was given the sentence under a judicial diversion meaning she can have her criminal record erased after she completes her probationary period. She will be required to make $1,293 restitution and make a $250 contribution to the economic crimes fund.
