Nine people were sentenced by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley for violating their probation from charges ranging from bank robbery to vandalism.Included in probation violators:• Carl Brakeall must serve six months before being released onto the Community Corrections program for violating his probation for his prior convictions on charges of aggravated robbery and attempted aggravated robbery. His original conviction netted him service of one year of a nine-year sentence for attempting to rob Citizen’s Tri-County Bank through its drive-thru window while riding a motorcycle.• Carlotta Bolin must serve 30 days for violating her probation on her prior conviction of delivery of drugs. She will begin service of her time New Year’s Day.• Kevin Domer must serve 90 days for violating his probation on his prior conviction on the charge of manufacture of meth.• Terry Fults was instructed to serve 120 days before being released back into the Drug Court Program for violating his probation on his prior convictions of theft, delivery of drugs, trespassing and driving on a suspended license.• Roger Hosse must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation on his prior convictions on the charge of initiating the process to manufacture of meth.• Joshua Mathis must serve 210 days for violating his probation on his prior convictions on charges of initiating the process to manufacture meth, simple possession of meth and driving on a suspended license.• Tracy McBride must serve 90 days for violating probation on prior convictions on the charge of vandalism.• Kristi Patterson must serve 90 days for violating her probation on her prior convictions on charges of theft, aggravated burglary, and simple possession of drugs.• Marcus Tanner Jr., must serve 180 days for violating his probation on his prior convictions on charges of aggravated burglary and burglary.
