Officials continue to target a new National Guard facility for Warren County.Federal, state and local leaders were in McMinnville on Tuesday to discuss the project with Adjutant Gen. Max Haston, the top ranking officer in the Tennessee National Guard.“It takes the sun and the stars to align just right to get an armory,” said Haston, a 1975 Warren County High School graduate who resides in Knoxville. “This is something that needs to be done. That right there is an energy thief,” said Haston pointing at the current armory next to Warren County Jail.
