Rock Island State Park will hold a National Public Land Day on Sept. 21. Sign up now to be a volunteer at one or both of the park’s cleanup efforts of the Caney Fork Gorge and Caney Fork River.National Public Lands Day is the nation’s largest, single-day volunteer effort for public lands. Started in 1994, this year is the 20th anniversary for the event.
