Leslie Karen Moulton 2012 Tennessee Soybean Festival Outstanding Teen will be competing in the Miss Tennessee Outstanding Teen pageant March 17 in Jackson at Liberty Technology Magnet High School. Miss Tennessee Outstanding Teen 2011 Maidson Snipes, and Teen Princess Jocelynn Jordan will be making award presentations. Moulton, 16, will compete in fitness, talent and interview categories at the pageant, as well as promote her Autism Awareness pageant platform.
