Motlow State Community College is creating an atmosphere of higher learning, with a splash of food, fun and holiday spirit.A Crock Pot Competition was held Wednesday. Five groups entered with pots filled with chicken chili, chicken gnocci, lasagna, and two desserts, rocky road and cherry delight. A sixth entry didn’t survive the cooking process and was pulled from competition.Taking first place and the Best Food Award was Blake Grosch and Joann Barnes with rocky road.
