Yates, 40, will face hearing March 12 on charges of shoplifting and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Her charges come after she was caught stealing $82 worth of items from Walmart. Loss prevention agents at the store said one of her children also shoplifted, however they refused to charge the child.During subsequent questioning, Yates reportedly confessed to stealing the items and concealing them in her purse. The children who accompanied her included two of her children and another child not belonging to her.
