A slew of charges have been filed against a man who led deputies on a high-speed chase aboard a four-wheeler.The suspect, Michael Scott Mosley, 26, has been charged with reckless endangerment, evading arrest, possession of drugs, and riding an ATV on the roadway. He will face preliminary hearing in general sessions court Sept. 11.His charges come after he refused to pull over for deputy Newman Ford after he was seen driving on the roadway. It is illegal for anyone to operate a four-wheeler on a public road.“He fled through several fields and yards in an attempt to evade arrest,” Ford said, noting Mosley turned the ATV on lawmen.
Mosley faces many charges
