A woman who robbed a good Samaritan who picked her up in the rain will serve seven years in prison.The woman, Amber Moser, entered guilty pleas before Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley to two counts of robbery for the Good Samaritan robbery and another armed robbery in which she participated. She was given a seven-year sentence to be served in the women’s penitentiary.Her husband, Tyson Lee Moser, who was also given a ride by the good Samaritan, entered a guilty plea to the charge of carjacking and was directed to serve one year of an eight-year sentence.The couple was arrested when a woman stopped to pick up Mrs. Moser as she walked in the rain. When Moser got in the car, her husband suddenly appeared and jumped in the car with her.
