The Morrison Eagles Go Green Club donated a recycling bin to Morrison Ruritan as part of its America Recycles Day project. President Obama declared Nov. 15 as America Recycles Day. Obama called upon the people of the United States to observe this day with appropriate programs and activities, and encouraged all Americans to continue reducing, reusing, and recycling efforts throughout the year.The club also performed a skit for Morrison Ruritan members written by student and club member Allie Childers showing how recycling aluminum cans and plastic benefits the community.
