The Morrison Ruritan Citizen of the Year banquet will be held April 7 at 6 p.m. at the Morrison Ruritan Building. This year’s Citizen of the Year is Oscar “Lee” Baker Jr.Baker, a resident of Morrison, is the son of Deborah and the late Oscar Baker. He wed Lajuana Jones on Oct. 3, 1992.
