The third edition of the Miss Nursery Capital Pageants will be held on Jan 7 in the Warren County High School auditorium. Proceeds from the pageant go to support the Miss Country Sunshine Pageant and scholarship fund. Miss Country Sunshine is an official Miss Tennessee Miss America local preliminary, with the title currently held by Caroline Carter.
