Major Freddie W. Bivens was honored at a retirement ceremony June 27 in Hurlburt Field, Fla. The highly decorated soldier is the director, Pacific Theater Course, at Hurlburt Field. He is responsible for education and training of AFSOC Airmen deploying to the Pacific Theater.
