Mike Millard attended his first meeting as a member of the Industrial Development Board on Thursday and was treated to a light agenda.Millard was appointed to the board Monday night by the Warren County Commission. He fills the seat formerly occupied by Levoy Knowles.In addition to Millard, the 10-member Industrial Development Board includes Sandra Haynes, chair, Joe Hamby, Herschel Wells Jr., Joe Pugh, Tommy Foster, Jeff Golden, Glenn Moore, Gary Judkins and Mark Brown.Millard is vice president of McMinnville Manufacturing, which specializes in residential hardwood flooring. He has served in that capacity since 2004.Business at McMinnville Manufacturing is currently steady with a workforce of 85 to 87 employees, according to Millard.
