Merging the county’s financial departments into one has not been without bumps along the way, says Warren County Executive John Pelham. The statement was made during a meeting of the Joint Economic and Community Development Board on Wednesday in which Pelham credited Director of Schools Bobby Cox for his willingness to work with the county.“Everything that has come up, and there have been some bumps along the way, Bobby has been willing to sit down with me and work it out,” said Pelham. “With all the challenges facing a new director, he also has this to deal with.
