McMinnville residents have the best tasting water in the region, according to a contest that compared city water with that of six other water utilities including that of Warren County Utility District and West Warren-Viola Utility District. “It’s an honor to win it,” said Water Treatment Plant manager Ricky Morton. “I’m very proud.”The city’s Water Department won the Region 4 Best Tasting Water Contest sponsored by the Tennessee Association of Utility Districts.
